User Scenarios

For my interactive product, I have created user scenarios based on my user personas to visualise the possible interactions with my interactive product.

Scenario 1: Michelle Smith

Michelle is a high school student who loves sharing ideas on social media. She is on the way to school on the bus getting her DIY photos and tutorial ready to upload online. Michelle would first go to the “Create” button and upload her images. She runs out of time and wants to post her photo but add comments and categorise it later. Michelle would select “Publish” and would come back to her user profile, select the published post and add the details she needs.

Scenario 2: Ryan Lim

Ryan is a first-year university student who lives on his own. He wants to study for his exams at home, but he is distracted by the overflowing rubbish bin mainly consisting of takeaway plastic containers. He can not clear it out as his red recycle bin is already full. He wants to quickly reuse as many of the containers again practically. He searches online for DIY tutorials that use all kinds of rubbish in one creation.
Ryan would select the search filter option and choose to order the search results in descending order of the number of plastics used in each post.
